MOVIES & TELEVISION

From their first tv news gig at age 13, set up next to Wolf Blitzer in the media pool at President Bill Clinton's 1993 Timber Summit, Ben has pursued excellence in media production. After directing their first feature film in high school, Ben went on to direct and produce several more features in university, leading to the creation of the acclaimed independent studio Dead Gentlemen Productions. That company's 2002 release of The Gamers became a viral hit on the internet and at gaming conventions around the world. With the founding of Zombie Orpheus Entertainment in 2010, Ben initiated a legacy of crowdfunded crowd-pleasers, like JourneyQuest and Strowlers, that continues to this day.

While original trained as a director, Ben has expanded into producing, writing, and cinematography, winning numerous festival awards and accolades—not to mention pleasing global audiences on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and beyond—for their stripped-down production style, compelling characters, and commitment to collaborative representation of marginalized voices.
